Blue Waffle Infection Symptoms

Although no ‘real’ disease can be discussed here, symptoms of the Blue Waffle Disease are listed below:

- purple or blue colored vaginal area, which may have partial color changes, with some spots being lighter, like a discoloration
- itching
- vagina inflammation
- vaginal discharge differs from the usual by quantity, color, and smell.

However, all the described symptoms match those of “vaginitis”, which may appear for different reasons. The main reason is usually lowered immunity. Another reason may be any mechanical damages inside the vagina, coming from use of unsuitable items while masturbating, or the lack of lubrication. You should remember that vaginitis disappears spontaneously by itself, in the first place. However, you need to see a doctor if you feel any kind of abnormality in your vaginal area.

Meanwhile, none of the mentioned above indicates that you really have vaginitis, or the Blue Waffle. Indeed, the chances for the Blue Waffle Disease are even smaller, because it isn’t known to exist as a disease. In other words, if you experience any kind of irregularity, just don’t panic, but see what will happen for a day. Only if it gets worse, it is recommended to see a doctor.

Actually, visiting a doctor is the only right thing to do, prior to starting giving a diagnosis or treatment. In fact, treating yourself in such cases can cause trouble. At the same time, keep in mind that this “Blue Waffle” may be just an attempt to scare us, causing massive hysteria, panic, and increase in sales of such products as condoms or other personal hygiene products. In other words, it can be just marketing.
